Location.
This property is located in Pine Hill New York, 1 mile east of Belleayre Mountain on route 28. We are 34 miles from exit 19 Kingston off the New York State Thruway (I -87). It is a wonderful drive through the Catskill Mountains but be careful driving at night and during winter.
Features:
Belleayre Lodge has Wi-Fi and a recreation hall. It has a great outdoor fire pit and barbecue grills for each cabin. When you don't want to cook you can walk to wonderful local restaurants or drive to even more choices.
In summer Belleayre Beach and lake is a five minute walk. There are numerous hiking opportunities from strenuous to easy. At night the Belleayre Music Festival is a short trip away.
Wintertime has Belleayre Ski resort which combines great reasonably priced skiing, short lift lines, and a great children's program. We have discount tickets for our guests for $30. Best of all we are very close to the Ski slopes.
We ask guests to keep noise down after 11 PM. All reservations must be accompanied by a one night charge which is non-refundable. We are a small inn so we ask people to keep their reservations. There is a two night minimum stay.

Our 2 bedroom (4A, 4B, 5A, 5B, 6) newly constructed cabins are the finest in the area. Our cottages are self contained units with shower, efficiency kitchen and new Queen sized beds.
Guest House 9: Three bedrooms, all with bathrooms, no living room. The Giant Kitchen and Dining Room is 25 feet away in another building. Used by camps in summer the Guest House is great for large families or a group
Ski Chalet 6 +: Rooms 7 & 8 (four people each max) are directly below our finest Cabin 6 (two bedrooms, living room kitchen, and outdoor deck). Rooms 7 or 8 can only be rented when Cabin 6 is rented.
